We are hiring Customer Services Executive for Ecommerce Company
Qualification: HSC/Graduate/Post Graduate
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- 2 Year - 3 Years experience in Customer Services (voice) Domestic or International bpo / eCommerce /logistic background is preferable
- Should be comfortable working in day rotational shift
Job Profile :
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
- Cancel or upgrade order details.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Salary : 20 k Net -25 k Net + PF + Other Benefits + Attractive Incentives
