Designation : - Senior Manager-Weaving
Role: HOD weaving
Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Tex
Role Category : Production/administration/coordination/maintenance.
Functional Area:
Monitoring/controlling all production and quality issues of weaving.
Production planning &execution & ability to meet given delivery schedule
Preparation of maintenance schedules &their implementation.
Store management & inventory control.
Social compliance.
Experience: 10-15 yrs.
Requirements
Required candidate profile:
Experience: 10-15 yrs.
Had worked in corporate and reputed companies.
Must have technical background of woven fabrics& whole weaving function.
Good knowledge of Picanol rapier and Airjet looms.
5S,3M,Kaizen implementation.
Must have experience in dealing with MNC buyer & their protocols.
Skill of cost control/saving .
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability of Administration , discipline , co-ordination & team building.
To develop logical thinking of maintenance people on day to day
activities as well as for improving ability of root cause analysis
through technical inputs & discussions.
