Job Requirements
Product Configuration Lead (PCL) of Product Implementation will be leading and responsible for Phenom People's SaaS product implementation for some of the world's biggest brands. Your primary responsibility is to manage set of key customer project implementations and lead a team of technical resources. You will provide leadership and guidance to the Implementation technical team and assist in the continuous improvement of the processes and tools that are leveraged to deliver an efficient and high-quality implementation experience to our customers. You will be the critical bridge between technical team (which you lead) and the Implementation Management (IM) team .
Work Experience
Accountable and responsible for complete product implementation and support operations.
Program Manage set of Customer projects with end-to-end project management responsibility including - planning, scope, requirements, schedule, communication, risk, and budget
Implementation Management: be the single point of contact representing technical team from project kick-off through closure.
Requirements Management: work with Implementation Management team in gathering and documenting product requirements and communicate / facilitate the same with India technical team
Develop and communicate project performance and reporting to internal stakeholders
Ensure actions and key deliverables are met and are kept within the defined scope
Manage team of Dev and QA folks Provide oversight and support to Implementation Managers and monitor the portfolio of projects to ensure achievement of performance goals.
Be the first point of escalation for technical issues and resolve issues working with stakeholders
Set goals to technical teams and help them achieve the goals
Help in RFPs and Security Assessments (training will be provided)
Job Requirements
Hands on Project and Program management experience for 6 to 10 years
Proven track record in delivering complex software product implementations for high profile clients
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of common web technologies, SaaS platforms, CMS, and services
Must have technical background before moving to project and program management. Exposure to - Java ,Frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JS, JQ and Databases - MySQL and MongoDB
Fantastic communication and relationship skills
PMI / Scrum certifications will be an added advantage.
