Objective
The document aims to outline an end to end Hiring process of Quality Analysts across all Partners and locations. This will include the step by step screening rounds involved for candidates meeting all the requirements
Qualification: Graduation must
Professional Criteria:
- 3-years of work experience in contact centers (Experience in customer service field in a contact center) and two year Quality experience as QA
- Fluent in English & Hindi is necessary (additional regional language will be added advantage Gujarati, Marathi, Assamese, Oriya, etc)
- Immediate joiner preferable
Roles & Responsibility
- Customer service oriented & should have prior knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
- Keen eye for detail & should have good aptitude for fact finding
- Excellent coaching skills and Understanding of quality methods and tools (TNIs, score calculations, parameters ratings, etc.)
- Good Feedback skills (written & verbal) with effective articulation of work-on observed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Should be a good team player & Open to flexibility in shift timing and 6 day working based on business requirements
- Must possess great interpersonal skills in order to interact with different teams and stakeholders within the organization
- Good in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Good Aptitude skills- reasoning and logical
- Basic knowledge about 7 QC tools & basic understanding about problem solving skills (six sigma knowledge will be an added advantage)
