Job Description
Key job responsibilities may include a subset of the following:
- Build software that runs cutting-edge machine learning algorithms for pictures and camera processing on embedded platforms
- Adapt and optimize codes for run-time, memory footprint, data traffic, power
- Propose system and algorithmic design changes to improve machine learning inference speed
- Prototype ideas for proof of concept and demonstration purposes
- Create tools to manage and process data, run calibration, and enable deployment of solutions at scale
- Developing machine learning algorithms for advanced imaging features (low-light, next-generation sensors, vision and scene understanding etc.)
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors OR Master s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field, with 3+ years working experience in machine learning and deep network architectures
- Working experience with machine learning framework/packages (e.g, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras etc.)
- 3+ years of embedded software experience in cameras and imaging
- Strong background in image and signal processing, statistics, and data analysis.
- Strong programming skills and working experience in C/C++ and Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- Background in color science, and image signal processor pipelines
- Knowledge/working experience in computer vision algorithms
Educational requirements:
- Required: Bachelor s or Master s, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
- Preferred: Doctorate, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
