Unit Manager - Insurance Services/Senior Unit @ Bajaj Finserv

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities -

• Verification Implementation of various IT related compliances stipulated as per Insurance Laws.
• Publishing of relevant new laws and notifications from IRDAI and closely monitoring its implementation within the organization.
• Conduct Licensing activities while liaisoning with relevant insurance Authorities.
• Publishing analysis of relevant IRDAI orders/inspection reports within stipulated timelines.
• Review of advertisement customer servicing material and Legal agreements from Compliance perspective.
• Analyze business needs and work with stakeholders to deliver pro-compliance suggestions with minimal cost and delivery impacts.
• Meet distributor Legal Compliance heads to have better in-roads on product exclusivity with BFHL distributors.
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
  

Required Qualifications and Experience :

• Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum experience of 2-3 years.
• Candidates with prior Legal or Compliance experience in IT domain would be preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required along with the ability to tailor communication styled to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel, MS powerpoint, etc.
