Department: Analytics RCOE
Job Title: Unit Manager Data Analytics RCOE
Grade: GB04/GB06
Location: Pune
Position Summary: This position would require interaction with the Product teams and drive data related deliveries by applying Data science and analytics, AI and ML Modelling to provide analytical solutions. This role requires 100% hands on individual contribution to drive multiple projects simultaneously
1)SDK Data Science GB04 (Multiple Positions) Minimum Experience : 3+ years
2)SDK Data Science GB06 (Multiple Positions) Minimum Experience : 6+ years
Responsibilities :
- Drive data backed decisioning for customer with respect to products, processes, offer strategies, channel selection, timing etc.
- Deploy ML / Deep learning methodologies for solving problems
- Create and fill existing variables through model variable inference methodologies
- Create methodologies to utilize sparse data to predict known use cases for marketing and risk
- Establish relationships between customer data, events etc. to trigger marketing, risk use cases
- Create and manage complex inferred variables - like share of wallet, size of wallet, propensity to buy (when, where, how), propensity to repay etc.
- Create solutions based on Geo data - negative area marking, household score
- Create solutions for managing marketing properties on wallet, creating solutions to match marketing content to customers through various data tags
- Create metrics to evaluate performance of the solutions created, processes optimized
- Own execution and availability of solutions to teams for retrospective analysis, transaction recommendation / approval management, etc
- Analyze data extensively and communicate findings to senior management
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate / Post-graduate with 3-10 years of experience in Data science and analytics.
- Experience in developing AI/ML solutions is must
- Experience in handling large volume of data and generating meaningful insights and actionable
- Experience in analytics projects in portfolio/risk management domain would be preferred
- Hands-on expertise in SQL/Python is must
- Exposure of developing analytical reports on Tableau/Power BI is preferred.
