Position : HSE Lead
Experience : 10+ years of experience
Work Location : Barmer
Contract : 18 months contract (On company payroll)
Key responsibilities for HSE(Lead) position, for Plant Operations will include the following:
Co-ordinating key HSE activities with Contractors team
Attending Tool box talk Meetings on regular basis
Inspect Critical/High risk jobs on regular basis
Ensuring JSA/HIRA for all activities linked with PTW
Imparting training on HSE systems/Fatal Risk Standards/procedures to the workers
Co-ordinating Plant Safety Inspections, Safety inspections / audits etc.
Monitoring Legal Compliances and reporting the compliance to concerned authorities.
Incident / near miss reporting and Investigation / preparing report.
Startup HSE co-ordination activities.
HSE documentation management
Develop and update site specific HSE documents, e.g. HSE Plan; ERP, Procedures etc.
Support the Operation Manager team in providing competent advice and guidance on H&S management.
What we are looking for:
Familiar with Gas processing plant operations and process safety industry.
Working within and developing H&S management systems.
Practical working knowledge of up-to-date H&S Systems tools and techniques.
Involvement in the management of H&S within the built environment
Implementation of H&S Systems and processes.
Practical experience solving issues in a dynamic/diverse environment.
Experience of investigating incidents and reporting objectively as per procedure.
Education and Relevant Experience Business Understanding
Shall hold degree or diploma in engineering; or degree in science; or degree in industrial safety of an educational institution recognized by the Central Government or post-graduate diploma in industrial safety from Regional Labour Institute and has experience in the management or supervision of operations in oil mines for a period of not less than eight years in case of diploma in engineering and degree in science; and five years in other cases.
