Required Skills: - Minimum 2+ years of proven outside/ direct sales experience. -Good understanding of any HRMS tool. - Cold calling & finding leads - Account mapping as per customers requirement - Relationship Management - Payment follow up against the milestones achieved as per commercial agreement - Should carry an active network of at least 50+ stakeholders in the Noida market (IT and/or Business) - Excellent in verbal and written English - Good understanding of social media tools like LinkedIn, hoovers, ZoomInfo, data.com etc. -Strong relationship skills with strong business-related knowledge in the analytics
