Talent Acquisition - Recruiter and HR Manager Job responsibilities Salary 15 To 30 K Exp. 3 year +
Recruitment & Hiring
Manpower Planning, Sourcing, Job Portals & other Recruitment Channels , Pre-Screening Interviews Conducting interviews, selection, Salary negotiation.
Designing Job Descriptions. Make right people available at right time by recruiting, training and developing talent.
Taking care of On-Boarding, Induction & Orientation, Explain all company policies and take acceptance, Training Co-Ordination of new employees with departmental heads.
Prepare and issue Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Increment letter, Promotion Letter, Assets issue record form, I Cards, Visiting Cards & Office Uniform,
Manage Employee Personal Files and Records.
Maintaining and updating master database of all employees in soft and hard copy form.
Exit Formalities-Exit Interview, No Dues Clearance, Full & Final Settlement, issuing Experience Certificate, Reliving letter, Job Training certificate.
Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management System
Maintaining Payroll Sheet in excel as per legal & Statutory compliance.
Handling all queries related with Salary, Leave, Attendance, Arrears, Over Time, CO, PF, ESI, Advance and other deduction.
Supervising of all Time office activities, to maintain and update staff movement records.
Employee Engagement & Welfare activities:
Manage communication in office through notices, circulars and memos.
Employee Motivation through rewards & recognition, events & celebrations (Birthday Celebration, Best Employee, Anniversary, Farwell, etc.).
Responsible for resolving the issues pertaining to Employee Discipline - absenteeism,
fraudulent behavior, Office Notice, and issuing warning and termination letters in extreme cases.
Creating and analysis long term HR policies for company and communicate the same to applicable employee/department and ensure the adherences of the same.
Factory & Office Administration Practices:
Maintain the company Organization Chart
Supervise all legal certificates of the company.
Handling day to day administration activities related to smooth functioning of factory and office.
Arrange on job training for operation & supervisors on subject of standard work method, Production Process, Product quality, safety.
Handling Grievances
Maintaining Security System (All registers are up-to-date at security gate)
Coordination with various vendors like Pest Control Vendor, Security Agency, CCTV ect.
Imparting general trainings to employees such as code of conduct and general rules and facilities provided by the company to the new joiners.
Prepare training calendar, Skill Matrix
Maintain records of training and qualifications for member of the Food Safety Team.
Statutory Compliance:
Maintaining all necessary records of ESIC & EPF and timely payment of challan.
Ensuring maximum level of compliance under various labour laws i.e. Factory Act, Minimum Wages Act, EPF & ESI Act accordingly.
KYC update of all employees in PF & ESI accounts, UAN activation, fund transfer or withdrawal or any changes in PF accounts, TIC card generate,
Educate to employees for benefits of PF and ESIC.
Maintaining of all Factory Register. (under Factorys Act) like Mustor Roll, Wages, Overtime, Fine & Accident Register,
Participating in Statuary inspection (Factory Law, PF & ESI) & ISO inspection.
