Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure that project is delivered within constraints (time, cost, scope, resources, and quality).
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Single point of contact for technical issues, clarifications, discussions with client.
- Coordinates and communicates with the offshore team and keep the client stakeholders updated.
- Manages client expectations with respect to technical and business focus areas.
- Acts as a liaison and present/translate information best understood by and within onshore and offshore teams.
- Strong understanding of development and technical best practices. Able to inculcate the same with various teams.
