Strategically support a specific region/business segment of the APAC sales organization in the validation and approval of orders within timelines
Strict SOX compliance: approval of orders in line with corporate policies and guidelines
Liaise with different departments of the organization, including Revenue, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Sales & Support to co-ordinate the booking of orders
License Management - Liaise with Sales, Distributors, Tech Support, Order Ops and End Customers
Interact closely with the regional teams and sales operations group to support key quarter close activities and reporting requirements
Manage sales / channel queries on order requirements, status and tracking
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of McAfee s products and processes
Participate in projects and resolve process inefficiencies
About you :
Experience in order management, quotes, etc. is preferable
Strong operations background
Good communication skills: Fluency in English is a must
Advanced computer skills (Excel, etc.). Prior experience in Siebel, SAP or similar business applications
Strong work ethic & organizational skills
Analytical and problem solving abilities
Prioritization, attention to detail and task management skills
