Principal Group Program Manager - Hyderabad @ Microsoft

We are looking to hire a customer-obsessed product leader who can lead the product vision and charter for the team at IDC , and manage a diverse, fast growing group of talented Program Managers . This role requires strong product thinking and leadership , track record of successfully shipping cloud service or developer-focused products to market , and technical depth in cloud native and open source technologies . A Group Program Manager in the Developer Division:

• Collaborates across organizational boundaries, building experiences our customers will love .

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Product/Program Management experience shipping enterprise or developer-focused product to external customers.

• Demonstrated ability to directly manage a team of PMs to achieve results, create a high-performing healthy team, and grow careers.
• Proven track record of shipping large scale enterprise software products or highly available and reliable cloud services .
• Must have shipped V1 products with great customer/user reviews .
• Strong background in at least one public cloud ecosystem (Azure, AWS or GCP) - part of your role will be building experiences that can connect to and integrate with a variety of Azure services and products .
• Strong program management, project management and cross-group collaboration skills .

• Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field s .

• Ability to innovate at a platform level and drive integrated, end-to-end solutions through the shipping process.
• Great c ross d ivisional r elationship building skills and ability to collaborate with partners to determine the best way to deliver across the Azure ecosystem .
• Ability to pull together technology and expertise from partners to drive clarity across teams, agree on dependencies and common goals, and establish long lasting, trusted relationship with partner teams.

• Great problem-solving skills and outstanding drive for results; ability to drive clarity, communicate goals to key stakeholders, and motivate them to execute on time and at a high quality.
• Self-starter, who proactively identifies problems, takes risks, proposes solutions, and drives a team to address them.
