Work Description/Role Summary
- Good knowledge of working on CRM tools. Analyzing the requirements from clients.
- Arranging Test Environment to execute the test cases.
- Conducting Review Meetings. Analyzing and executing Test Cases. Defect Tracking. Communicating with Test Manager
- Experience on different mobile apps, Objective-C, programming tools, third-party libraries and APIs.
- Testers with excellent communication skills and a knack for working on algorithms are desired.
- Should possess practical knowledge of working in MS Office suites.
- Possess abilities in Critical Thinking, Job Task Planning and Organizing.
- Provide ideas for process improvement/ automation.
Role overview
- Consultant/Test Engineer will be responsible for supporting the Aon business. Manage more tactile tasks .
- The Test Engineer determines how to create a process that will test a particular tool and assure that the product meets applicable specifications.
- Test Engineer is responsible for determining the best method of achieving the highest test coverage using different test processes.
Skills Knowledge Requirements:
Desired Technical Skills and Experience
- Experience in an automated test environment may at an added advantage.
- UI automation
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Basic Programming skills
- Java programming knowledge
- QA Software tools
- Jira,
- mobile apps
- Practical knowledge of MS Office product suites.
- Advanced excel skills would be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Oracle CRM/Any CRM tools.

- Should possess problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Takes directions well and is a good team player.
- Can do attitude, flexibility, ability to respond quickly and creatively to changing requirements.
