store officer and executive

• Inventory (Material Inward & Outward).
• Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.
• Coordinating and monitoring the Dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders.
• Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Ships cancelled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
• Maintain material inward & outward records in physical register and Excel
• Coordinating and monitoring Loading Unloading of goods.
• Coordinating and monitoring to Proceed Indent for purchase department.
• Preparation, Coordinating and monitoring of Goods Received Note ( GRN ) for further procedures.
• Following & complying company ethics & rules regarding Safety Awareness
