Your key responsibilities
Global Procurement Analytics team works on an array of offerings including Supplier Spend Insight (Consumption Analytics, Demand Management, and Compliance Monitoring), Data Infrastructure, Management Information, Category Strategy & Planning/ Category reviews, and Performance Management.The incumbent will be required to familiarise herself/ himself with this array of offerings and would be responsible for flawless delivery of the bucket assigned to her/ him.
- Responsible for delivering the Analytics suite assigned to the individual
- Develop consumption analytics to enable demand management of externally sourced cost categories assigned to the individual
- Build consumption data database for repeatable analytics
- Deliver actionable insights on how to drive down cost to businesses and infrastructure functions
- Perform & engage in quarterly category reviews
- Stable monthly supplier spend cube delivery
- Deliver Supplier spend MI packs by Category/ Division/ Region
- Lead & engage in initiatives across Global Procurement
- Report GP Performance Scorecard and/ or performance highlights
Your skills and experience
- 8+ years of experience specilised in analytics/ reporting profile in big Corporates or Accounting Firms
- Expert Excel, Access & PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of Tableau/ Python/ Alteryx preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent inter-personal skills to deal with different stakeholders
- Strong problem solving skills with acute attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting with minimal supervision
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment
