Job Description

Standard Chartered Securities Services (SS) provide clearing, settlement and fund accounting services to institutional clients across Asia, Middle East and Africa.
The SS Technology %26amp; Innovation team is looking for a Developer who has passion for working on Dot Net and open source. This exciting new role reflect the growing focus on technologies and use of new toolsets within SS and gives an opportunity for the candidate to grow.
Key Roles %26amp; Responsibilities

• Programming in .Net technologies, ReactJS, NodeJS, Oracle, Crystal, Jasper reports and Open source.


• Interact with the operational users and deliver things by owning.


• Development of application framework and reusable components


• Implementing CI/CD for the in-house components using Dev Ops tools


• Design and development of system and experience APIs


• Design and development of interfaces


• Working with scrum masters, developers, testers, support teams and users in an agile environment


• Experiment with emerging technologies and develop demonstrable prototypes


• Development of data ingestion and extraction services


• Develop solutions using cloud technologies

Qualifications %26amp; Skills

• Educated to Degree level


• Need to have good communication skill


• Should be strong in OOPS concepts and strong knowledge in Design patterns is needed


• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in .Net is mandatory


• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability


• Design and construction of our REST API


• Design %26amp; Development of SHELL script


• Designed and developedcustom packages, procedures, Triggers using PL/SQL.


• Conversant with technology trends, emerging tools and techniques


• Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment


• Good understanding of banking domain.


• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests


• Cloud will be an added advantage
