Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - Providing training to all Branch level/ Area level resources on Gold Loan Process and Operations Regular Review Controlling as well as Monitoring of gold loan Policy Processes Auditing and Compliance with the Policy as laid down Monitoring & reviewing the performance of the branches for maintaining the uniformity in gold loan & cash process Periodic branch visit and verify the quality quantity and inventory of pledged gold and cash To verify the records and registers to ascertain whether there is any lapses/discrepancy in maintaining such records To verify that all statutory requirements are fulfilled at branch and all necessary certificates licenses and notices are put in place To verify whether there are any lapses in security and safety of the branch and assets To understand the processes in detail including any modifications on a day to day basis To identify the process gaps and its closure Continuous market awareness e.g. if a group of persons or a suspected gang is operating in an area the concerned risk factors to be studied in detail and alerted in order to avert possible losses. Supporting to branch teams in Gold evaluation operations & admin related activities Auctions to be conducted at branch level
Required Qualifications and Experience
* ' Graduation with 4 years of experience in gold loan operations Knowledge of gold evaluation process Experience in gold Loan audit & training
