Job Description

Technical Skills:
Strong Avaya Contact Center experience is a must at solution level spanning multiple
Avaya products including ability to gather customer requirements and understanding
of Avaya Experience Portal and Genesys call flows
Strong SIP session management and SIP Trunking routing and endpoints protocol
experience.
Knowledge with Avaya Aura solution stack including Communication Manager,
Session Manager, System Manager and ASBCE, AES, CC Elite/Vectoring.
Prefer experience with Cloud Solutions including Google (GCP/GCVE) Amazon AWS
or Microsoft Azure.
Prefer experience with other third-party non-Avaya adjuncts CRM, Call Recording,
Workforce Optimization, AI solutions and others.
Prefer experience with Security Architecture and Design signaling and media
encryption.
Proficient in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Create architecture design artifacts for the solution Power Point high level
architecture and vision, technical visio drawings, configuration details /test plans in
Excel and detailed descriptions in Microsoft Word.
