SUMMARY
Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing Data warehousing and BI Solutions using a combination of SAP technologies like HANA, BW/4HANA, SAC, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics including CDS views in various deployment modes. The consultant will interact with onsite team members to understand customer s pain points, business requirements and project objectives. He/she will provide technical expertise on the business modelling using combination of HANA, BW/4HANA or CDS objects, performance improvement in these layers, replication of data to Data Warehousing layer and reporting on top of this layer using SAC or BO tools. Consultant will use ASAP methodologies during requirement gathering, design, build/ test and deployment.
For this Role, consultant should have experience in at least 6 full life cycle implementations in SAP Analytics domain that should include direct interaction with client and ownership of Analytics track.
The right candidate will have good grasp of business processes in context of Analytics and has proven expertise in guiding customers towards desired outcome.
THE ROLE
- Create business blueprint as per the functional requirements provided
- Produce Technical design document, create prototypes
- Deliver solution as per the business blueprint and technical design
- Work as part of large team or work independently
- Work on large RFPs and opportunities to support sales/pre-sales teams
- Guide other team members on functional and technical aspects of Analytics
- Define and drive initiatives in line with organizational focus
ROLE REQUIREMENT
- A degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or related field
- Minimum years of Education required: 16 years or more years
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Expertise in Data warehousing using HANA, BW/4HANA, CDS including ability to write complex stored procedures using SQL. High level knowledge of various replication methods to HANA or BW and various reporting techniques on top of data warehouse layer
- Knowledge of various deployment modes of HANA and BW
- Knowledge of SAP SAC or SAP BO or both.
- Good core consulting skills Oral and written communication, organization and planning, client facing and interpersonal
- Ability to talk customer s language and position SAP Analytical products
- Minimum of 6 full life cycle implementations in SAP Analytics domain.
- 11-18 years of work experience in SAP Analytical products, e.g. BW, BO, HANA, SAC, S/4HANA Analytics
Nice To Have
- Knowledge on S4 HANA Analytics like building and extending CDS Views, Creating Query Views or Building KPIs using KPI Modeller would be an added advantage.
- Experience working on SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC) or SAP Data Intelligence (DI)
- Experience with development on SAP Cloud Platform, knowledge of HANA XS/XSA Development, oData Services, ABAP development
- Experience of working on Predictive Analytics and other advanced Analytics topics
- Experience with deployment in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
