Job Description
Key responsibilities
Work with Business Analysts, end users and stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop detailed specifications for reporting
Analyze and estimate feasibility of new reports/dashboards and compatibility with existing platforms
Design, build, and test scalable, stable, and efficient BI dashboards using approved BI tools such as Microstrategy, PowerBI, etc.
Provides visualization support for analytical engagements
Work with Engineering team in getting existing excel based reports to an automated platform / finding appropriate tech solution in consultation with Engineering folks.
Develop custom data visualization solutions
Support business analysts in integrating related data onto one or a few platform optimal for full-scale analytics
Collates timely information, governs each activity and delivery of reports/ analytics to the respective processes/ teams/ stakeholder
Manages accuracy and reliability of information and drives efficiency for the current deliverables
Handles prioritization of the pipeline of projects and requirements by the business based on interactions with external key stakeholders
Drives continuous process improvement
Engage internally with other business analysts and design analysts to produce the desired output based on his/her direct engagement with the key stakeholders
We are looking for
Ability to read & explain standard reports across processes
Strong understanding of data logic/ systems architecture
Min 5 to 8 years experience in business analytics, proficient in dashboarding tools (Power BI, tableau, MSTR etc), MS Excel, PowerPoint. MS Access etc.
Education: Post Graduate in Finance/Economics or other related or higher degree
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new reports
Understands and assesses the analytical data requirement for business problems
Team Player and managing peer relationships
Detail / Result oriented
Strong Communication and Data Presentation Skills
