Growth hacking and running experiments across the growth stack including user acquisition, activation, retention, referral to conversion, and revenue
Optimizing the revenue funnel of the business working closely with the business stakeholders
Running continuous A/B tests for different ideas post rigorous prioritization
Managing and directing the rollout of new properties and initiatives focused on industry trends and growth.
Collaborating with the marketing team including but not limited to Affiliate, App Marketing, Influencer marketing, Organic, etc. to optimize and find new areas of growth
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights across all the marketing channels

4-6 years of demonstrated success in growing products in India preferably in the Fintech Space
Any entrepreneurial experience will be a plus point
Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker at least in 2 digital company
Core understanding and hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude (or similar), Adjust (or similar).
A knack for making data-driven decisions with a good understanding of the product, marketing, and growth analytics.
A hustler who is creative and comes with an experimental mindset
Strong problem-solving ability with a bias towards action
Experience building & leading high-performing, high-creativity teams
Strong organization with attention to detail skills, self-motivation with the ability to direct, lead, and motivate self and others are required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms are required.
