Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Predictive Modelling
In this role, you will be involved to deliver intermediate to sophisticated level of data gathering, validation, manipulation and transformation under mentorship of a project lead. You will have to perform statistical analysis and predictive modelling including unsupervised models.
Responsibilities
- Work on tools like R/ Python to support client in building statistical model
- Work on predictive modeling using techniques like - Generalized Linear Model, Linear Regression, Survival Analysis, Time Series, Segmentation/Cluster Analysis, Decision Trees & Random Forests etc.
- Work with project lead(s) to develop advance analytical capabilities and assets.
- Plan & strategize modelling initiatives, drive productivity, build business relationship and improve IT & Ops engagement.
- Ability to organize/manage timely delivery
- Documentation of findings (SharePoint)
- Full transparency on progress (JIRA) & initiative on working methods
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Should have skills to analyze data and provide insights on trends, patterns, etc. which will be critical to the business
Minimum qualifications
- Master Degree in a quantitative subject area such as Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, or Economics
- Proven predictive modelling experience
