Assistant Vice President, Transformation Consultant

In our transition to providing action driving insights , we need team members who have the skills, talent and mindset to use their knowledge to look into the future.In this role,you will handle the Insights Team in support of the Demand Planning hub.Responsibilities- Own & manage data, reporting, forecasting and automation projects that span over all Verticals and Regions within IO
- Partner with specific Verticals and Regional Run Team Leads to provide the Operations business w/ specific Vertical/Regional/GOL level insights
- Produce power point presentations showing variances and/or progress toward organizational and financial targets
- Handle large amounts and complicated data in excel and transfer them into automated systems such as Power BI
- Manage 1-3 additional Insights Team members
- Bachelor s degree or higher, preferably in Operations or Finance
- Prior experience or skills in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Forecasting, Big Data and/or alternative digital solutions
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to translate them into automated systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to change
- Flexibility in work hours to have virtual meetings that overlap with both India (IST) and US California (PST) hours
