SAP s Digital Business Services organization enables SAP s customers to consume SAP s recent innovations centered on a future-proof digital core SAP S/4HANA and modern next-generation cloud solutions as well as the SAP HANA Platform, and to effectively manage the transition from today s IT architecture.
The core task of the Center of Expertise is to support customers with premium engagement contracts through targeted service delivery. Our experts support customers in the planning and design phase, analyze and solve critical problems and offer reliable quality assurance of the results and the action plan created. The provision of specialist expertise as part of escalations round off our core areas of responsibility.
