Responsibilities
  • Developing and driving standardization globally on IT Operations Services to drive continuous improvement in technology function and drive reduction of variation of processes and improves the quality of deployed technologies / products and processes.
  • Develop IT policies, process and procedures by anticipation or response of need, collaborating with Technology Operation Services functional leads.
  • Build Quality metrics for technology infrastructure operation services (Incident, Problem, Capacity, Availability management, End User Onsite support, Service Desk, Chatbot, Datacenter and Telecom operations) to ensure Genpact business users receives acceptable work.
  • Develop Competency framework Measure current competency level and map the required skills and knowledge needed to be successful.
  • Monthly dashboard for progress in each area with maturity metrics, as progress.
  • Establish robust communication with the authorities within the technology domain, which includes designing and delivering on the planned outcome.
  • Work in liaison with key partners e.g. Service Desk, Enterprise Compute, Transition, Network, Finance and Human Resources, IT Business Partners to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives.
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Graduate with preference of B-Tech, MCA or MBA IT from reputed university
Preferred qualifications
  • ITIL 4.0 - ITIL Masters certification
