PROFILE: Assistant Manager - Accounts

LOCATION: Pune (Law College Road)

EXPERIENCE: 4-7 yrs

Profile:

• TT (Telegraphic Transfer) Payments to foreign vendors- solving issues of 15CB, No PE, Exchange rate.
• Keep watch on Euro, Dollar rates and accordingly make transactions beneficial to Company
• Accounting of purchases, pass JVs, Ledger scrutiny, tagging work wherever required.
• Scrutiny of TDS payment, update self with latest tax rules.
• Monthly GST returns.
• Complete directors individual personals accounts, Income Tax calculation and payment of advance tax.
• Supporting work for advance tax calculation and payment.
• Financial papers submissions, annual figures, membership payments, renewal of Bank guarantee related to RTGS & NEFT of various agencies.
• Checking and approval for CMS payment through Kotak.
• Card load for VISA, Operations, Tour Leader.
• Tour Manager Lerms sheet, foreign currency arrangement and entry in Tally.
• Reconciliation of sale, purchase, Bank.
• Keep watch on Directors individual investment & Company investment.
• Supportive work for PF, PT returns monthly and annual.
• MIS Report
• Supportive work for TDS annual return and form 16.
• Coordination with Company secretory for secretarial compliance
• To see that statutory audit, TAX audit, IT returns submission is completed in time.
• Fixed assets accounting, depreciation working for books and tax. Maintenance of fixed assets register.
• Maintain record related to advertisement
• Adherence to Internal control.
