Job Description

Work Location- Sholinganallur, Chennai - 600119

Work Shift- US timing ( 5.30pm to 4am or 6pm to 4.30am)

Cab Services- One way home drop

** Looking for candidates who has experience in US payroll processing only

Job description

To process the US HR & Payroll processing by meeting the obligations such as TAT & accuracy levels as specified.
To provide an effective and efficient US payroll service to customers, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of their employees salaries.
Respond to requests, queries and complaints from external customers in a friendly and efficient manner so as to enhance customer loyalty
Analyzing and validating the financial MIS (PnL Statement) on monthly basis and get it updated from Finance.
Track and review contract management with Project Teams and Heads.
Exposure to Project Billing & Invoicing, Contract Management, etc
To take an active part in promoting your own training and development
in all areas.

Required Candidate profile

1-3 years of US Payroll processing related experience. Hands-on experience in using Global tools for managing & processing the payroll.
Excellent analytical skills.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of US Payroll
