Job Description

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients at the local and national level.
  • Drive strategic lead generation through category analysis and proactive prospect engagement; identify and solicit leads on a regular basis.
  • Develop, write and present compelling corporate sales proposals to key clients.
  • Meet challenging sales objectives in a high profile, competitive marketplace.
  • Create new sales collateral or modify existing collateral as required.
  • Work with the other members of marketing departments in the analysis, acquisition and implementation of other strategies consistent with organisational objectives and structure.
  • Liaise with other departments / international offices to maximize cross-selling opportunities and share new ideas.
  • Evaluate client satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Experience

This position requires a creative, motivated, self-starter who is a competitive, energetic and dedicated professional with proven sales skills and possess the independent judgement needed to plan, prioritize and complete a diverse workload.

  • BBA/MBA degree or a degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in sales/business development, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience with working on CRM systems will be preferable.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Strong sales proposal and presentation experience.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to meet challenging sales objectives in a high profile, competitive marketplace.
  • Strong conceptual and strategic skills, and ability to think outside the box, and strong customer satisfaction orientation.
  • Must be willing to travel, as needed.
