Job Description:
Good understanding and experience in Voice and Video technologies
Excellent understanding for various voice and video protocols like SIP, H.323, MNP24 (https)
Managing all aspects of Teams Voice service
Lifecycle management of Call queues and Auto Attendants
Troubleshooting issues of the Teams Voice service
Develop and maintain script to automate recurring administration tasks
You will create and maintain service documentation and user manuals.
7 to 9 years of overall experience and 1 year of relevant experience.
You have experience and knowledge in the Teams Voice administration
You have experience and at least worked in the field of Teams administration
Have the ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new technologies and
architectures
You also convince with your quick comprehension and you are able to contribute finding solutions
through Troubleshooting
Possession of any of the following technical certifications is a strong plus:
CCNA Data,Voice, Video.
CCNP Collaboration
CCIE Collaboration
