Are you the one we are looking for

We are inviting applications for the role of SA, Helpdesk

Responsibilities
  • Manage all the Helpdesk queries and provide resolution of the same
  • Solid understanding of the various AP related processes
  • Manage customer and vendor queries relating to but not limited to the following:
  1. Invoice payment status
  2. Purchase order queries
  3. Payment discrepancies
  4. Invoice disputes and resolutions
  • Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the AP Helpdesk function
Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration
  • Experience in AP preferably in the Energy or Power industry
  • Must have sound knowledge of English both written and oral
  • Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP
Preferred qualifications
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Aim to achieve results and deliver on goals
  • Prior experience in client management
