Inviting applications for the role of JAVA and SQL DeveloperResponsibilities- Engagement as an AgilePoint SME and Team Lead, handling resources and functioning as Technical Lead for many business-critical applications in Dot Net, MS SQL Database and AgilePoint NX Business Process Management tool.
- Developing and Managing 50+ application for AgilePoint NX BPM tool in the IT domain with the help of both on-shore and Off-shore operations with both in-house and support team (vendors).
- Application Designing and Developing of the workflow to suffice with the end user s requirement.
- Developing Web applications, Web Services, Desktop applications projects in C#, ASP.NET 1.0, 2.0, 3.5,4.0 ADO.NET.
- Optimizing and performing fine-tuning activities on SQL queries using Joins, Stored Procedures, Functions, etc. in MS SQL Server 2008 R2/2012/2017.
- Responsible for the resolving technical issues and getting hands dirty while performing trouble-shooting activities and performing database management operations.
- Very well versed with ITIL Process which includes Incident Management, Problem Management, and change management.
- Prepare Technical documentation and reviewing the workflow to avoid major business loss and maintaining system integrity.
- Coordination of domain s operations and project deliveries, responsible to oversee delivery of day-to-day operational activities across the domain. Act as single point of contact for teams for day to day tasks.
- Coordination of Incidents, problems and changes across the domains and ability to drive the issues/problems or changes towards resolution and successful completion. Own communication to the key stakeholders and keeps them up to date.
- Maintain a repository for the IT domains for all critical components like Servers, DBs, etc.
- As a Technical Lead participate in project phase gates and provide sign off for the production go-live.
- Weekly/monthly review of scorecards, running the monthly MOR with stake holders.
- Ensure delivery to service level agreement and Implement domain process improvement efforts.
- Act as the escalation point for the business and stake holders. And Ad hoc audit of the support ticket queues and supplier reviews.
- Collaborate with corporate and business partners to complete regular audits.
- Update exception and operational Notations based on Business requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, related fields
- Working experience in Agile Methodologies.
- Working experience on different Ticketing tools like Service Now and BMC Remedy.
- Having vast exposure in Dot Net, MS SQL Server Database and AgilePoint NX Business Process Management tool.
- Engagement as an AgilePoint SME and Technical Business Analyst.
- Worked in different domains like Retail and Manufacturing.
- The ability and desire to learn and adapt in complex work environment
- Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to balance team and client discussions.
