Principal Software Engineering Manager @ Microsoft

Responsibilities

- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field

- Strong skills in software design, problem solving and communication with a good foundation in computer science

- 12+ years of software development experience with high quality coding and debugging ability in one or more of the following languages: C, C++, C#, Java, Python

- 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of delivering innovation, business results, leadership and collaboration

- Have demonstrable experience in architecting and driving implementation of large-scale services or experiences spanning, multiple systems and groups

- Knowledge of one or more of Distributed Systems such as open source Hadoop, Spark, Docker, Kubernetes etc. is a plus
