Oversee and manage workforce planning execution (Resource Management Group) and positions management processes in continuous coordination with business units and support functions to support amdocs India growth and meet quarterly head count projections
Provide standard and ad-hoc analysis, reports/dashboards and presentations with insights to stakeholders/leaders using workforce data to support amdocs India growth
Set-up and streamline work systems, policies, processes, and procedures in all matters related to Resource Management Group and special projects while ensuring compliance to the same
Participate / conduct senior management/unit focals/stake hold governance meetings around Head Count projections Vs current status to ensure unit wise recruitment pace to achieve headcount mandate
Ensure proactive traction of the actions from these meetings
Collate and analyze the data to identify gaps/patterns
Create concise and crisp management reports
Act as a liaison between Resource Management Group and other stakeholders/business units on matters related to Resource/Capacity, Graduate needs - campus/off-campus, movement of employees between legal entities, ramp downs and other strategic initiatives
Facilitate and lead/manage the execution of various internal/strategic projects/ task forces/ business improvement initiatives across multi-disciplinary functional areas such as BCP, Attrition reduction, Diversity, Employee engagement, cost control etc.
Identify highlight industry trends/best practices, key issues and present results, pinpointing challenges, areas of concern and possible deviation from established plans in the domains under your responsibility
Help India head with market research, presentation / talking points when he participates in various Industry forums
All you need is
Bachelors Degree, MBA (Finance domain is a plus, PMP is a plus)
Minimum of 8 years experience in Resource Management Group (Workforce Planning & Execution)/Program management/Data Analysis - Insights/Market Research.
Skilled in budget preparation and fiscal management will be a plus.
Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project
Be able to manage ambiguity.
Able to feel comfortable in a dynamic, constantly changing environment and rise to the challenge when new areas of work present themselves
Must be strong in program management, analytical/statistical skills, deriving insights, data management & trend analysis
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of relevant business and operational systems, policies, and procedures, organization structure, staffing patterns and job designs.
