We require someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of handling email inquiries from internal customers, as well as external vendors. Delivering professional, effective, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customers requirements are met. You will be responsible to research and resolve inquiries relating to Accounts Payable, Procurement Operations, Supplier queries and Product Ordering.
Follow up on customer interactions in a timely manner. Communicate with stakeholders to address issues and concerns. Finally, take action on feedback provided
