Business Analyst or Production Support Analyst @ Genxhire

Job Description

• Strong knowledge of LOS & LMS (Loan Management System)
• Gather business requirements, evaluating output requirements and formats, recommend key capabilities based on the thorough understanding of the client environment and business requirement.
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business keeping in mind the financial aspects.
• Deliver on project defined timelines, tasks, and milestones!
• Interact with the stakeholders (end users, project leads, technology etc) to understand the system & testing requirements.
• Functional testing following set rules for test progress.
• Analysing and Troubleshooting ofissues/bugsand requests andsuggesting appropriate solutions
• Collaborating with thestakeholder and vendors in working towards resolution of support requests
• Excellent Analytical, Troubleshooting & Problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency level in computer operations/applications.
• Demonstrate highest standards of accountability by effective communication and handling of all technical and functional issues as and when they occur in a timely manner.
• Drive a sense of urgency with teams that the ticket has been escalated to
• Provide excellent customer service while staying within our internal processes.
• • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Application/Product Support
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to analyse/interpret the ticket appropriately and seek clarifications when required.
  • Good knowledge of ticketing systems like JIRA, Service Desk, etc.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt well, to apply new skills and evolving processes.
  • Able to operate under pressure in time sensitive support environments.
  • Good quantitative and analytical skills - working experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Result and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills including attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Team, Managers and Stakeholders, Vendors
