Job Description
We have one urgent opening for cyber security expert
Role Purpose:
Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Incidents Analyst
Role Details Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1 Review all DLP incidents in DLP tool and take one of the following actions:
a. Close the false positive tickets
b. Identify cases needing policy fine tuning and send them to the DLP admin
c. Identify genuine cases and escalate for investigation
2 Any other task related to DLP operations as required
3 Provide periodic status reporting
Job Dimension (E.g. Revenue & Budget size, Sales Volume etc.)
Analytical and able to perform correlation.
Other Context (if applicable):
DLP Technology has been implemented at MAF and in order to operationalize it, and mature through stages from monitoring till blocking there is a need to dedicate resource in OpCos to investigate the incidents/alerts in order to (i) identify false positive cases and fine tune the policy (ii) detect potential data loss/leak incidents for further investigation by Risk and Compliance teams is OPCOs. However, due to the shortage of resources at OpCos, the Information Security Governance Committee proposed temporarily sourcing the required resource centrally and cross charge it to OpCos.
