Job Description

Lead Consultant- Netbackup Prod Support

In this role, you would be part of Production support and daily processing business, which make you responsible for alert, server monitoring, file processing, Active directory related requests, Citrix/VMware related tasks. You will be responsible to co-ordinate with different teams and individually to solve/escalate the business problems from data available in the client owned or accessible systems.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of Netbackup is required
• Provide 1st and 2nd line of support for server backup and restore issues
• Monitor alerting Tools and update tasks as and when required
• Work on tasks within the SLAs

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• BE/B Tech/MCA/BCA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• Install and configure backup software on Windows OS, Solaris OS and SQL application
• Monitor the automated backup jobs for their completion of task as per scheduled frequency
• If there are any issues, then troubleshoot the backup issues and if required involve other teams
