In this role, you will be responsible for Treasury functions processing of Wires & Bank reconciliations.
You will work within P2P team coordinating with AP Payments & GL accounting team. Client interaction and weekly review of the SLA s would be performed.
Your role will function as an overlay of existing Team members and domain experts and bring value through disciplined Treasury processes.
- Responsibilities
- Daily Bank reconciliations
- Processing of Wires in Bank portals as and when the wires requests are being received from various departments with SLA timelines.
- Processing of International wires.
- Creation & updating of the Wire instructions in bank portals and working with VP treasurer for gaining the approval on all wires instructions.
- Daily Bank confirmations & Bank statements sharing with AP payments team.
- Manage incoming queries & Wires processing
- GL coding to be updated for all bank transactions basis their nature of transaction.
- Develops and maintains full working knowledge of AP functions, reports, and client requirements.
- Prepare and provide Reports to the client as per the agreed frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) SLA s.
- Ability to work in target oriented environment.
- Collaborate closely with onshore teams in order to resolve outstanding Payments
- SOP Review, Update and validation
Minimum qualifications
- B.com
- Robust Treasury & banking experience
- Experience in Treasury function (Wires processing/Wire instructions/Bank reconciliations)
- Knowledge in Accounting GL coding/Generic Mailbox management
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills for day to day interaction with VP Treasurer.
