Transformation happens hereInviting applications for the role Manager, Virtualization Technology As a part of the Technology Corporate Team of Genpact, you will be responsible to drive Problem Management with focus on RCA and RCCA in collaboration with larger SME group and domains. • Design and validation of new and current VMware, Citrix platforms.
• Lead weekly reviews with other SME domains for complex IT implementations across multiple towers including applications, products etc.
• Needs to manage relationship and resolve dispute if any between internal partners
• Bring Industry standard methodology to ensure operational stability
• Drive Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams
• Explore opportunities to optimize and ensure we are in line with customer requirements
• Co-ordinate with team members in identifying new solutions for existing and unresolved issues

QualificationsMinimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Team Building Practices, Principles, and Issues

Preferred qualifications

• Certification in Microsoft and Citrix platforms
• Knowledge in Exchange and System Center area would be an added advantage
• Candidate with relevant experience in Installation, configuration and solving problems on VMware/XenApp/XenDesktop/VDI environments and Netscaler
• He/she need to lead function and drive the project/operations end to end
• Candidate should have excellent written & verbal communication
