Qualifications:

Customer empathy and experience in shipping customer facing solutions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leading without authority skills
Excellent ability to design, prioritize, plan, and track large scale programs
Customer empathy and experience in shipping customer facing solutions
Background or knowledge in distributed systems, database systems or storage

Preferred Qualifications:

Solid problem-solving skills dealing with ambiguity
Track record and strong results delivering product features with customer value
Technical depth and broad, high-level understanding of system design
Past experience in building global distributed cloud is a plus
Past experience working with open source relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MariaDB is a plus
Bachelor s degree or higher in computer science or a related field
