* Duties and Responsibilities - - Recruitment of Team and Ensuring full strength - Drive sales from D2C route to achieve agreed metrics - Ensuring Product Mix - Ensuring delivery on R&R and Contest Framework - Ensure certification of Training Roadmap - Focus on Renewals and maintain persistency as per agreed plan - Managing Attrition
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Post Graduate with 4 to 6 yrs of experience years of Insurance /D2C Sales experience. Good product knowledge of Life and General Insurance products Team management skills High Sales Orientation
