As a lead on e Microsoft Edge India team, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leaderip - Work wi e leaderip team to define and communicate a strategic plan forow to ensure at Edge is e most loved browser on e planet
• Team leaderip - Lead, manage, develop and inspire a talented and diverse team of program managers designing and developing and delivering innovative and effective browser features.
• Partner wi Engineering - Work closely wi e Engineering leaderip to deliver e rit experiences and be accountable for results.
• Engage customers and e broader community - e successful candidate will represent Edge and Microsoft wi customers companies, professionals and communities.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of related program management / product management experience
• 3+ years of people management experience, or relevant experience demonstrating readiness to step up into a people management role.
• Excellent track record of project management and people management skills
• Track record of buildingi functioning teams, including recruiting and retaining diverse talent

• Proven competency in product leaderip, organizational agility, cross-team collaboration, drive for results, and written and verbal communications
• Experience building software products wi diverse engineering teams and stakolders.
