Job Description

Process Associate, Independent Supplier Services

• Act as single point of contact between multiple teams and the retailer client.
• Monitor POS data from the retailers, validate sales, provide necessary inputs to the internal teams.
• FACT store database management.
• Support the Display collection group through constant dialogue with the client.
• Monitor & update retailer payments.

• Graduate (Any)
• MS Office Tools MS Excel, MSWord, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint.

• Analytical/ Problem Solving attitude with superb communication & interpersonal skills
• Customer centric approach Proven proficiency with written and oral English language
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in working with US clients is an additional plus.
