Job Description:
MT Data Architect What will you get to work with Using the following technologies and methodologies
the Data Architect will provide progressive and best in class solutions in developing refining and
championing data models strategies and sol utions to improve quality value and accessibility of our data
Works with subject matter experts inside and outside of IT and developers to understand and document
requirements objectives and constraints with respect to data integration and re use opportunities AWS
Postgres Erwin REST API Design and Development Domain Driven Design Master Data Management
Data Lakehouse Design What will you do in this role Investigate discover and analyze data requirements
on goin g high level and project specific to inform the enterprise data architecture Develop and maintain
views of our as is and to be enterprise data architecture to support AAMCs data vision enterprise
architecture goals and other strategic objectives Be a thought leader and champion industry best
practice and solutioning Develop refine document and publish models and proposed solutions to meet
the AAMCs needs with respect to enterprise data data integration data warehousing masterd ata
management and enterprise reporting Advocate for and champion efforts to close gaps between the as
is and to be architectures Interact extensively and regularly with other architects developers and project
teams to advance the AAMC enterpr ise data architecture as part of all relevant IT projects Monitor
compliance of development work against established standards and principles and work to resolve
issues through appropriate formal and informal channels Review and analyze existin g systems and
make recommendations for improvements Solution Development Contribute to IT projects as a
solutions architect to design and develop high quality solution components to advance our enterprise
data architecture Translate business.
