Job Description

HGS is hiring for its Top MNC Client for

the Position of: Quality Analyst

Designation:

Quality Analyst

Required Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality domain
Knowledge of QC Tools, SIPOC, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi

(additional regional language will be added advantage Gujarati, Marathi, Assamese, Oriya, etc.)
Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PPT)

• Experience in Incident Management, change order management, E-commerce, and

stakeholder management are a plus

Job Requirements:

• Candidates should be customer service oriented & should have prior knowledge of

customer care processes and techniques

• Keen eye for detail & good aptitude for fact finding
• Excellent coaching skills and understanding of quality methods and tools (TNIs, score

calculations, parameters ratings, etc.)

• Good Feedback skills (written && verbal) with effective articulation of work-on observed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess great interpersonal skills in order to interact with different teams and

stakeholders within the organization

• Good Aptitude skills- reasoning and logical
• Basic knowledge about 7 QC tools && basic understanding about problem solving skills

(six sigma knowledge will be an added advantage)

Work Location:

Shift Details:

• Days and hours of work: 6 days, 9 hour shift within the given working window.
• Working Window- 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

Salary Package is as follows:

Monthly CTC- Up to 25K

Monthly TH- Up to 21K
