Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities- Building relationships with Existing Clients(research scholars), Understanding client requirements in detail through an email or telephonic discussion, organised Followup with clients, ability to respond quickly to client and should be willing to go that extra mile for supporting client in their research work.


Proving Details To Client About Services and preparing detailed quotations, giving demo's of our client collaboration panels.

Technical writing skills would be an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile


An ideal candidate with atleast 2 years of prior work experience in client servicing, who will be MBA or MSc with excellent communication skills in both written and oral formats. Candidates should know use of latest IT tools like Google Sheets, MS Word etc.
