Customer Support Executive

Job Location : Juinagar ( Navi Mumbai )

Experience : Minimum 6months

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for receiving inbound calls and address customer queries.
• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
• Understanding customer requirements.
• Providing the right customer experience.

Skills and Competencies :

• Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in English and Hindi language, persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, integrity.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience :

• Graduate or Experienced in BPO.
• Fluency in English & Hindi Mandatory.
