Inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate: Security Support Engineer
Responsibilities:- Manage and support Identity and Privileged Access Management platforms primarily SailPoint and CyberArk.
- Troubleshoot issues with onboarding applications using custom connectors
- Support automated and manual onboarding and termination processes as required by the organization
- Perform application role analyses and account provisioning processes based on RBAC
- Complete reporting and analytics on a periodic frequency related to provisioning and de-provisioning of users and accounts
- Manage and support Authentication and Network Access Control platforms primarily Cisco ISE
- Ensure all endpoints are compliant to security policies and resolve issues with anomalous behavior of endpoints
- Recommend whitelisting or quarantine of endpoints based on observed malicious behavior or as directed by the Incident Response teams
- Co-ordinate with IT functions group for remediation of identified vulnerabilities, adhere to, and follow all change management policies as required by the organization.
- Understand active threats against the corporate IT systems and coordinate with cyber intelligence teams
- Appropriately work with incident response teams and other support teams to ensure remediation of issues
- Participate in meetings to understand and recommend the best technical, most cost-effective solutions
- Manage support requests and unexpected incidents in accordance with organizational requirements
- Update knowledgebase and documentation to stay relevant with latest versions, configuration changes and development initiatives.
Qualifications/ Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in IS, Computer Science, MIS Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management and Network Access Management with varied platforms primarily SailPoint, CyberArk and Cisco ISE required.
- Excellent administration experience on the below
- Enterprise Password Vault (EPV)
- Central Policy Manager (CPM)
- Password vault Web Access (PVWQ)
- Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
- Performing discovery audits and environment health checks, and presenting findings to client management
- Understanding of the configuration and best practices of user access, authentication, and authorization
- Manage deployments, network devices, node monitoring and troubleshooting of related issues.
- Understanding of configuring RBAC policies and permissions based on role requirements
- Experience in managing firewall, network and wireless devices
- Strong LDAP and AD experience and integration with security tools
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and analyzing data, log interpretation, and packet analysis
Certifications:
- SailPoint Certified Identity IQ Engineer
- SailPoint Certified Identity IQ Security Engineer
- CyberArk Certified Defender
- CCNA Security, CCNP Security
- Cisco Certified Specialist
Desired/Preferred Skills:- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP
- Familiar with Windows, UNIX, LINUX and IOS operating systems
- Good ITIL knowledge
- Flexible to work for 24x7 process
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Ability to prepare Dashboards and Reports
- Experience of working independently & as a team player
- Should have a proactive work approach.
Qualifications we seek in you
Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred qualifications - Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
