We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Data Management
In this role, you are expected to provide support for cleansing & loading of POS data to IRI s end clients The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the project by delivering the work on-time with at most quality. We are looking for some who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement.
ResponsibilitiesThe Role demands the following.

- Strong aptitude for learning
- Ability to interpret and present data in a manner to communicate findings
- Effective time management to meet SLA & client deliverables
- Strong attention-to-detail, while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to execute tasks while adhering to existing documentation, tools, orders-of-operations, and processes
- Basic/Advanced SAS knowledge as applicable
- R as applicable
- Any Degree
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English are required.
- Relevant work experience preferred
- Experience working with retail data such as POS and Inventory is ideal
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc )
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be customer service oriented with strong follow up skills
- Basic knowledge of Retail & CPG products & Industry
- Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
